Operate in the now

Your first ninety days.

Membership is not a library card. Here is the work, in the order it actually happens.

Week one

You take the Heir Readiness Index self-assessment and get a baseline. You open one ledger and make the first real entry. You attend one office hour and say what you are trying to build.

That is the whole of week one. It is deliberately small, because the failure mode here is starting six things and finishing none.

By day 30

One structure named

You can state, in a sentence, the one change your household is implementing and why. Your charter draft exists. Your ledger has thirty days of real entries, not a backfill.

By day 60

One structure operating

The charter is adopted and decisions are being recorded against it. You have brought real work to a circle and had it reviewed. Gaps are identified rather than suspected.

By day 90

A record that holds

Ninety days of contemporaneous records. A second HRI assessment showing movement. A clear read on whether Architect is the right next rung, or whether another season at Operator is.

Where the work happens

This site explains the association. The doing happens member-side, on the marketplace and member platform, where the tools, ledgers, community, and your profile live.

What you will have at day ninety

An operating charter, a current ledger, a reviewed decision record, and a measured change in readiness. Those are portable, and they are yours whether or not you continue.
