Community

The people already doing the work.

The instruments matter. The company you keep while operating them matters more. This is what the association actually convenes.

Member circles

Small standing groups for system design, oversight, mentoring, and leadership formation. A circle reviews real work: your charter, your ledger, your decision record. Not hypotheticals.

Live community and office hours

A regular cadence you can plan a household around. Bring the thing you are stuck on. Office hours are where a half-finished structure gets finished.

What members produce

Membership is measured in artifacts, not attendance.

  • Household governance charters and the decisions recorded against them
  • Household-governance ledgers, kept current rather than reconstructed later
  • Records that survive scrutiny because they were made contemporaneously
  • A Heir Readiness Index self-assessment you can track over time rather than guess at

The referral framework

When a member needs a licensed professional, the association makes an introduction through the BTPMA referral framework.

“Be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.” — James 1:22
