Small standing groups for system design, oversight, mentoring, and leadership formation. A circle reviews real work: your charter, your ledger, your decision record. Not hypotheticals.
Live community and office hours
A regular cadence you can plan a household around. Bring the thing you are stuck on. Office hours are where a half-finished structure gets finished.
What members produce
Membership is measured in artifacts, not attendance.

The referral framework
When a member needs a licensed professional, the association makes an introduction through the BTPMA referral framework.
Be precise about this. A referral is an introduction. It is not co-counsel, and
the association does not act as your representative, does not appear for you, and does not
supervise the engagement. You retain your own professional on your own terms.
